
* Creative Movement (Ages 3-4) -
This 1/2 hour program eases the young dancer into the art of dance. Students learn basic locomotor skills as well as beginning ballet and jazz concepts. They are also given the opportunity to play fun, creative games in order to encourage style and agility.
This one hour program introduces basic ballet and tap concepts. Students learn the importance of balance and poise, and they enhance their musicality skills. The class consists of 1/2 hour ballet and 1/2 hour tap.
This program offers Ballet, Tap, and Jazz classes. Students focus on strength, flexibility, and style as well as musicality, choreography, and dance terminology. Classes at this level are broken down into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels and are 1 hour long.

This level is an extension of Level II and is also broken down into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced classes. Additional classes offered at this level are Lyrical and Pointe. Students who wish to take pointe clases must be 12 years of age with at least 3 consecutive years of ballet training. Pointe classes are offered in conjunction with ballet classes and students must be recommended by the instructor.Beginning Pointe students must take at least 1 ballet class/week and Intermediate/Advanced Pointe studetns must take at least 2 ballet classes/week. Students wishing to take Lyrical must have at least 1 year ballet training. Classes at this level may be 1 hour to an 1-1/2 hours in length.

Adult classes are offered in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, and Lyrical and will focus on improving technique, strength, and style. They are also an excellent source for cardiovascular endurance and muscle-toning. Classes at this level may be 1 to 1-1/2 hours in length.
These classes offer a free-style form of dance in which students will learn popping, locking, and funk steps to the latest hip hop/rap music. This style of dance gives students freedom to express their individuality through creative, free-style dance movements as well as choreography. Hip Hop classes are 1 hour in length.
* Musical Theatre Dance (Ages 7-Adult) -
These classes give students a chance to experience dancing within a character as in musicals on Broadway and in film. They often sing while dancing and participate in acting exercises designed to increase their range of expression. Musical Theatre clases are 1 hour in length.
* Zumba Fitness (Zumba, Zumba Toning, ZumbAtomic)-
Zumba is a high-energy fitness program with a Latin flare! It is designed to give a “feel-good,” cardiovascular workout while having fun. Zumba uses a fusion of Latin and International music with fast and slow rhythms to tone and strengthen the body and mind. This program features fitness interval training, resistance training, and easy-to-follow dance steps. All Zumba instructors have received the Zumba Certificate of Completion.
Zumba Toning blends
body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba movies for a calorie-burning
strength-training class. Students can use weighted, maraca-like Zumba
Toning sticks or light weights if desired to enhance rhythm and build
strength.
ZumbAtomic is Zumba
for kids!! With the ZumbAtomic class, kids have a blast, get focused and
fit all at the same time!! This class is for Levels 1-3 (ages 7-15).
