Each year, we celebrate our students’ hard work and achievements through our Spring Shows. The Spring Shows usually fall on the first weekend in June. Being prepared helps our Spring Show to run smoothly and be a great experience for our dancers. Please read the following carefully.
Costumes are ordered for our Spring Show. There is a $25 deposit per costume and a $15 rehearsal fee per class due by October 15th. We will not be able to order a costume without the deposit.
Costume deposits and balances, and rehearsal fees are non-refundable.
By paying the costume deposit of $25 per performance costume, you are confirming that the student will perform in the Spring Show and that you are responsible for the costume balances.
Costume Balances are due by December 17th. Some families choose to pay a small amount on your account each week, especially if their child will have more than 1 costume.
Tights are included with the costume if they are required.
Fundraisers – students can participate in various fundraisers to help with costume costs for the Fall Session. We host a Family night as well as a Hadley Farms Cinnamon Bun fundraiser. Details on fundraisers are distributed in the first 3 months of the Fall Session. Whatever you raise from the fundraiser is applied directly to your account.
In-House Dress Rehearsal and Picture Day – on April 29th, all classes will come to the studio during a previously scheduled time to rehearse in their costumes. This is to ensure everyone has the correct costume parts and understands the hair, make-up, etc. After rehearsing their routine, each class will have a group picture taken and students will have an opportunity to have their individual pictures taken. It is important that students are there for this rehearsal.
Dress Rehearsal is mandatory. It is important for students to get used to the stage in order to make sure they have the best experience possible since they have worked hard all year. – students who do not attend dress rehearsal cannot perform. There is one dress rehearsal at the Spring Show venue for each Show.
Dancers must have an 80% or better attendance rate for their classes in order to perform.
Seating for our Spring Shows is reserved seating. Tickets sales are open early to current customers one week prior to being opened to the public.
All account balances must be paid in order to receive a promo code for early ticket sales.
Students work very hard all year and deserve to receive their final bow during the finale so students must stay till the end of the show unless prior arrangements are made.
Only dancers, stage crew, and class moms are allowed in the dressing areas and back stage.
